There are a variety of reasons you may be looking for a Saratoga professional photographer. You may need an event covered. You may need images taken for a consumer magazine or a trade magazine article. Or, like so many for my clients, you may need portraits taken of your people. And these photos need to happen on site or at your location. In other words, they don’t happen in the safety of a photographer’s studio.
And that is where I excel: working on location on your schedule to create great images for you, without you having to send your people out of the building and all over the place to get their photos taken.
It is a common request from clients that they need great images of their people for various marketing uses. And I’m able to come to you and set up with studio style equipment which allows me to create the types of images you need.
In this instance, portraits of doctors and staff were needed for the various marketing uses of a hospital. They needed to be direct, clean and studio-like. And the wrinkle this time around was that I had to work in tandem with video that was being created for broadcast advertising. I’m skilled at working around a full blown video production, and making the images that you need. Leveraging and supplementing their setups and lighting so that you get the still images from the production day that you require, without having to resort to fitting in a separate still shoot.
The space used was the back corner of a hallway, leading to a staircase. Blocking off a window and setting up a background and lighting, portraits could be created in a few minutes with each person as they came out of hair and makeup, or were done on their sets with the video crew.
There are a lot of locations that are just an easy car-ride away from my central location as an upstate NY photographer. Being close to the state Capitol puts me in a very centralized location in the state with easy access. I wish there were frequent traveler miles available for those of us who know the New York State Thruway, end to end, by heart!
